1. High humidity is not the same as healthy hydration

High humidity is neither universally good nor bad for skin.

It can increase surface hydration while simultaneously increasing sweat retention, sebum, friction, microbial shifts and follicular congestion.

For Indian monsoon skin, the most effective strategy is to control excess residue and occlusion without over-cleansing, maintain sunscreen, and adapt barrier support as the season changes.
